It is used for processing stainless steel, aluminum alloy, copper alloy and other non-ferrous metals and ferrous metal processing with special process and environmental protection requirements, sawing, grinding, cutting, tapping, bending, milling, punching, stamping, forming and other places that need lubrication, and can be used for the precise lubrication of open bearings and gears of large machinery.

How to use:

The minimum quantity lubrication system mixes compressed gas (air, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, etc.) with a very small amount of lubricating oil to form a liquid mist containing micron-sized droplets, which is sprayed to the cutting area or moving pair at high speed through the nozzle, so as to effectively cool and lubricate the cutting area or moving pair. This type of lubrication is called minimum quantity lubrication or oil-air mixed lubrication.
